So I’ve been using scrum for a long time now and was very satisfied with the Scrum-experience in 2021 and 2022. Especially due to working by the new Scrumguide. The parts that were altered or removed actually seem to have generated controversy that is now gone or has become less. For instance the 3 questions during Daily Scrum are now entirely removed (optionally before) which changes the questions and discussions about Daily Scrum towards the actual purpose of the Event (colaborate on progress towards Sprint Goal).
